This site has been setup in memory of John D'Costa. John passed away on 7th October 2006. The D'Costa family would like to express a huge thanks to all the staff of Northwick Park Hospital for their continuous care of John.

John had battled with Leukaemia for over 4 years. We hope that one day a cure will be found.

We would be grateful for any donations that could be made.
