I'm John Geddes, MD of Ronin Concepts CP and author of 'Highway to Hell' PMC action in Iraq and 'Spearhead Assault' 2 Para’s famous assault on Goose Green, Falkland Islands; That battle affected me and others like me deeply, and although I would not have missed it for the world all of us to a man lost a lot of friends and others have lived with horrendous injuries from that day to this. That’s why this and other associated charities are so important to me. 

(Lest we forget) is an all time soldiers lament; unfortunately the only people who truly remember are the guys and girls who do the business and have those memory’s emblazoned on there minds forever. British soldiers are the best soldiers in the world, and they have always and will continue to behave with the utmost integrity, courage and professionalism.

I have decided to join two of my comrades and good friends in a cycling challenge to raise money for the ‘Help For Heroes’ charity. It is a one week challenge that takes us from Hendaye on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean to the beautiful seaside town of Cerbére on the Mediterranean via the high cols of the Pyrénées Mountains in 6 stages. We will be riding approx on average 130km every day. I really need everyone's support to raise as much money as I can for this fantastic charity.
