jonathan halstead, my soulmate and love of my life, and the best friend and father ever to our children,james alexander and charlotte,battled cancer,for 3 years.,...

he passed away on wednesday 12th october 2011,..

and now our lives can never be the same again,,

he bore and battled his illness, with such braveness, strength, courage and dignity,keeping life as normal as possible,always with a smile on his face..putting others first.

during this time we, as a family packed as much as possible into our lives, and hold  very precious memories in our hearts...i think you will see this in the photos attached to this page..

we have decided that we would like to do some fundraising in memory of jonathan,and for the proceeds to go to the yorkshire cancer centre,at the institute of oncology st james, leeds.

,jonathan was treated here,and the treatment care and support was fantastic,dan swinson cheif oncologist,and his team we believe left no stone unturned in their quest to treat jonathan,and they helped us through some very scary times.

our first event will be a local walk(our favorite walk)from our home to the greyox hartshead, where we will partake in cheese and biscuits and raise a glass to jonathan,along side this we will have a raffle,this will take place on sunday may 20th.please watch on here for updates, and we would like you to dig deep and please support our fundraising in jonathans memory,
