This year Jonny and I are challenging ourselves to raise money for Beat. Jonny is running the London marathon, but I couldn't let him upstage me, so I decided to do a 160foot abseil. Running a marathon and abseiling are much like recovering from an eating disorder, there will be times you want to give up but know recovery, although hard, is worth it in the end. Beat has been there since my illness started and it offers hope to sufferers and their family. Jonathan wants to share hope to other families as he knows the effect it can have on the family. Please help us reach our target so Beat can continue to help other. Any donation towards our endeavour is greatly appreciated!

Jonny finished in an impressive 4 hrs 32 mins. Difficult conditions, soaring temperatures, even badly sunburnt! He pushed through the pain and only stopped after finished, to be scooped up by paramedics for a bit of TLC. The atmosphere was amazing. Thanks J From a proud sister.
Due to health conditions, I have had to reconsider whether it is safe for me to do a skydive. I will be completing an abseil and born survivor run instead, so you get two challenges for the price of sponsoring me one!!
