Story
For those of you that don't know me, our son Joshua was born on the 26th October 2014, 13 weeks premature. Josh spent a total of 11 weeks in neonatal care, including 4 weeks in intensive care. He was intubated, had numerous breathing machines, had blood transfusions, severe GERD (reflux), suffered bradycardia and apnea and even contracted influenza. While Josh is ok now, we'd be nowhere without the support of Bliss during this time.
That's why I've chosen to run the london marathon, and raise money for this charity. Bliss is the charity for babies born too soon, too small and too sick. Bliss exists to ensure all babies in the UK have the best possible chance of survival, and of reaching their full potential.
So, I admit this is a massive amount of money to raise, but both my wife and I would really appreciate any money you could give towards this insanely worth while cause.
Thanks so much
Jonny, Sam and Joshua

Bliss is the UK charity working to provide the best possible care and support for all premature and sick babies and their families. We ensure that all babies have the best chance of survival and of reaching their full potential. We give parents of the sickest and tiniest babies somewhere to turn to for help, advice and support. We work with doctors and nurses and together we are dedicated to improving the care that premature and sick babies receive. We are the voice for babies and their families, making sure their needs are always heard.
