This year I take on my biggest fundraising challenge yet... bigger than a year without booze (2019 was hard!) this year I take on the 2023 London Marathon!

Why...

...As many will know, in 2015 my dad was diagnosed with a rare, degenerative brain disorder called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, we sadly lost him just three years later in 2018.

What is Progressive Supranuclear Palsy?

PROGRESSIVE: it gets worse

SUPRANUCLEAR: it effects the brain

PALSY: it effects muscle movement

I'm now a very proud trustee for this charity and am raising money to help provide support and fund research into this rare condition that effects fewer than 4000 people in the UK, and doesn't currently have a cure...
