I am aiming to lift a total weight of around 650kg from my best deadlift, squat and bench press. You can either sponsor me 1p per kg lifted or just donate an amount. The event will be at the PSUK British Powerlifting Championships in Bouremouth 29th November 2008 where i will be looking to win the 110kg class title for a fourth year running.
