On the 7th of November 2020, myself and my brother will be hosting our
own personal 24 hour gaming marathon to help raise money for our chosen charities.

We are going to be playing Farming Simulator 2019 for 24 hours. We will be doing this via private server and playing on our Playstation 4's. Every hour I will post an update on this JustGiving page on the progress of our current farm.

Who am I doing this for?
I have chosen SPANA as my choice of charity. Playing Farming Simulator makes you realise how far agriculture has developed and how technology has replaced nearly all the need for working animals. However, we have to remember that agriculture in poorer countries still rely on working animals for their day to day living.

These animals can be used for plowing fields, transporting goods and people. With the recent pandemic, many of these animals are also being released because many have lost their source of income and upkeeping their animals can be too much.

SPANA is amazing because they work in these countries and support the working animals in so many different ways. They not only provide vetinary treatment but they also work with communities to help teach both owners and the children of newer generations on properly caring for their working animals.
