Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name, is Joshua Chrich, and my goal is to raise £500 for the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) by doing a sponsored skydive, with all rasingings going towards the JTYAF charity
I am currently taking part in the Junior Leaders course in the Air Training Corps, to which participants raise money for the JTYAF. The Junior Leaders course has donated and supported the JTYAF for many years, in order for the charity to carry out its goal; allow young people to achieve their dreams and give opportunities to those who want them.
Royal Marine officer Lt John Thornton achieved an incredible amount in his amazing life, but was tragically killed in Afghanistan on the 30th March 2008.
He was named top student of the Air Cadet Junior Leaders' Course, to which adfterwards, he was invited to become an instructor, insipring an number of people to apply and succeed on what has become known to be the Air Cadet Organisation's toughest course.
These are the reasons as to why the Junior Leaders course donate and support JTYAF, to enable people like me, and young people everywhere, achieve their dreams.
I need your help to raise £500 pounds for this amazing charity. Any donations will make a huge difference.
I will be posting photos and videos of my progress on facebook, along with the final skydive:
