It's Ironman 2023......and we're raising a ton of cash to support the charity: Third Hope!!! Third Hope is based in Africa and is run by an ex-colleague, Rose-Mary McIntyre. Third Hope rehabilitates Child Soldiers.

Third Hope works for the restoration of ex-child soldiers, offering them hope and a future through training in regenerative agriculture, vocational skills and trauma counselling. The project is based in Northern Uganda, which has suffered deeply from the tragic injustice of child soldiers.
