I have chosen to support the charity I CAN for this year’s marathon as I couldn’t hear at a young age, and didn’t learn to talk until I was three years old, with the aid of speech therapy. I really felt the need to support other children who are going through similar situations as I did or perhaps much worst and may need to find other routes of communication; and I’m grateful there is a dedicated charity that does that.
