Hey everyone,

If you dont already know I work for the ARC (Arthritis Research Campaign)  http://www.arc.org.uk/default.asp and we do medical research into the cause, treatment and cure of arthritic conditions. On the 19th of April me and some of my colleagues Jo, Catriona, Paul G, Eddy, Annie,  and our brave volunteer Simon Y are doing the three peaks walk  in order to raise money  to continue this worthwhile research.

The event is a gruelling 26 mile trek up three massive peaks which we have to complete in under 12 hours. Definately not for the faint hearted. We also aim to complete a 12 hour post drinking session immediately after if none of us are hospitalised from the walk.

Also to dispell any concerns about where this money is going it does not go to forming any bonuses for our wage packets and we have to pay our own fees for taking part !!!!! Please dig deep into your pockets to find any dusty pennies or crispy fifty pound notes and donate anything you can afford.
