In memory of Mr Parduman Singh Matharu

Story

We lost a devoted husband, dad, granddad, father in law, brother, uncle, and friend to many on Boxing Day 2020. He passed away suddenly, but peacefully, with his loved ones near him in person, over facetime, and in spirit.

He had polycystic kidney disease for many years. As the disease took over his kidneys, he needed dialysis to support him. Despite all the challenges, he managed and handled his health, operations and treatments with a positive and fighting spirit.

We have always been grateful to and humbled by the medical and care teams that helped him over the years. At times they performed nothing short of miracles. To show our utmost gratitude and appreciation we would like to request that in memory of our father, Parduman Singh Matharu, donations are made to the West London Kidney Patients Association (WLKPA)

The WLKPA is a small charitable organisation which provides information and support to people with renal failure, their families and carers, aims to improve medical facilities, supports national renal organisations, and raises public awareness about renal issues. They put together social gatherings for patients and our father enjoyed attending these with his fellow kidney patient friends; the last one was a particularly happy and memorable one for him.

Your generous donation will help to support the charity in the making more memorable moments for other kidney patients as well as support the wider work they do.

A huge heartfelt thanks from his wife Surinder, his children Kam, Ajit, Ranjit and Amar, grandchildren Ranveer, Isher, Liv, Amrita and Simrita. Thank you for your love and support at this emotional
time x

Hope you are enjoying the rest Dad (1953-2020) x
