Whether it be helping someone sort out their bills through our advocacy service, a volunteer befriending an isolated, lonely elderly person, a team of volunteers clearing a back garden so children can play safely, or someone attending an 8 week course to help build confidence and self esteem, KNS stands alongside and supports people in need.

We are hoping you will stand alongside us and support us in this work by sponsoring Team Karis in the Birmingham Half Marathon.  All funds raised will go towards the running costs of KNS and every penny really does count!

The team, made up of GP's from the Karis Medical Centre, the Bryson family and staff from Karis Neighbour Scheme have been training hard - pounding the streets at all hours of the day and night, nursing blisters and sore feet, and mentally preparing themselves for the 13.1 mile lap of Birmingham's finest sights and sounds on 24th October.

We'd like to say an enormous thank you to all of you for your invaluable support and encouragement - this will spur us on when we reach mile 10 and see us through to the finish line!
