People that know me will tell you I am not a natural athlete but I am very passionate and loyal when it comes to family, friends and helping others.

This is my way to raise funds to help a charity that does so much for others and is fronted by an inspirational lady(Noleen Adair) who sacrifices alot for others.

Talking of inspirational ladies, my wife 'Claire' was diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2008 aged 33, we then found out she was pregnant, ignoring medical advice and risking her own health Claire carried on with the pregnancy and thankfully 'Hannah' was born on 20th october 2008. This was our miracle baby and the reason why we are so passionate about this cause.
