Hello, My name is Kate. 

Four days ago my amazing friend, colleague and swing dance partner April was diagnosed with breast cancer. Among other things, I'll be dancing, bopping and giggling my way around the Epsom 5K Race for Life on Sunday June 28th, dressed suitably in something bright pink. Ladies, sign up and join me!

Whilst we know the risks of the illness, what April and I have already learnt is that a positive and strong mindset and heaps of fun are the best therapy toward recovery! So, this will be for you my darling.
