I am running Tough Mudder this weekend with my mum! (not sure if she knows what she's let herself in for!)

I lost one of my best friends from university who was also my final year house mate, Luke, to Ewing's Sarcoma just before Christmas and I felt this was the most appropriate charity to choose. If any funding can help them in their fight against this horrible illness then it's worth it.

I also know he'll be looking down and mocking me for willingly getting electrocuted, frozen and covered in mud.
