We listen to autistic/ADHD voices to enable real understanding and change

Story

I'm running the Colchester 10k to mark and celebrate getting my ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) confirmed.

Very grateful for any donations for CAAS (Centre for ADHD and Autism Services) in Eastcote that has supported me with my ADHD without having my diagnosis (and as a carer for my sister, who was diagnosed late with Autism).

Here's to raising awareness and spreading knowledge of ADHD, especially as ADHD is highly under-diagnosed in girls and women.

No better way to acknowledge this new chapter than by running- the thing that has helped me improve my emotional self-regulation and focus (to name a few).

CAAS support, educate and empower ADHD/autistic individuals, their families and the community. We do so through a range of over 40 services delivered across NW London. In 2021/22 we supported over 3500 individuals. Demand for our services continues to grow, and funding is a continuous challenge. Your support is invaluable to us and enables us to keep on working to improve the lives of those we support.
