I am joining Cancer Research UK's Bournemouth 10k Race for Life this year. I always like to set myself a challenge and a goal to work towards, but since recently finding out that a close friend and work colleague of mine has been diagnosed with Cancer, it has inspired and motivated me to help support this fantastic charity.
