As many of you are aware, my super wonderful mum has primary progressive MS. It’s a degenerative disease of the brain and nervous system with the potential to affect every part of the body. It causes excruciating chronic pain, and steals people of their mobility & independence. 

Currently, there are no cure for MS. It’s a cruel and nasty disease. I want to help the MS Society to raise money for funding of people battling MS, and of course to invest in research to eliminate this horrific disease. 

I was supposed to run the Edinburgh 2022 marathon, but a hip injury 7 weeks pre-marathon has scuppered those plans. So here’s to Edinburgh 2023!!

Toe broken 8 weeks before the marathon. 

28th May: Marathon ran in 3:54:26!
