Dear family & friends,

GIFT is a charity that helps people in many ways, no matter their religion or background, and assists hundreds of families each week. It provides food for people who otherwise would not be able to have 3 meals a day. They have been more active than ever during the pandemic, delivering free laptops to families and individuals who cannot afford them. GIFT is an integral part of thousands of people's lives.

A few years ago, I was participating in a Mitzvah Day event. We heard a man explain how grateful he was for all the essential services that GIFT provided to him. He said that he found it hard to make ends meet, but he receives weekly food parcels from GIFT, for which he was very grateful. 

GIFT is a charity that not only gives, but also encourages giving. It runs countless workshops in schools to inspire children and teens to contribute, whether with money, food, or their time, thus creating a future generation of givers. I have been lucky to take part in several of these workshops in school. They have taught me the importance of kindness and giving my time to help others.

I would love to help this charity that does so much for the Jewish Community and the wider community as well. On this meaningful and happy occasion for me, I would like you to consider donating to this very worthy cause.
