Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Cathy & I will be taking on this year's Great London Swim in an effort to raise some much needed funds for the children here at The Children's Trust, who are living life with brain injury. This is a big event for me, as it will be my first sporting debut since my diagnosis of POTS - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, back in 2013. The training journey is not going to be as 'easy' or 'smooth' as it used to be, so please, dig extra deep and spur us on by donating some money towards a very worthy cause (The Children's Trust, not us!).
For anyone who doesn't know much about The Children's Trust:
The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. We work with children and young people from across the UK, from our specialist centre in Tadworth, Surrey, as well as in communities around the country. The specialist services provided by The Children's Trust come at a cost which is not fully met by statutory sources, so we rely heavily on voluntary donations from fantastic supporters like you! Your donations will help to fund crucial building works, key members of staff, new equipment, leisure and play activites, and much, much more!
To learn more about the great work of The Children's Trust, why not take a quick look at some of our videos here:

Thank you so much for whatever you can give, little or large. Every penny will help us during our training, to spur me on through the bad days with POTS, and to complete the event to help this amazing charity. Thank you :)
