I have worked for The Dove Service for almost 18 months now and we may only be small charity, but we provide vital support to people impacted by bereavement, loss and life limiting illnesses. We not only provide 1 to 1 counselling for children and adults, but also drop in group support, training and Dove Buddies social/friendship groups. As a service we rely heavily on fundraising and donations, with times being so uncertain currently we aren't able to set up fundraising events and naturally enough the level of donations we receive has reduced, so this is my attempt to help in the small way that I can. 

I am in no way athletic, a gym bunny or a runner, so although this activity may sound easy to some, for me this is a challenge!
