It's been another 12 months of turbulence filled with worry, stress and anxiety, and it looks like there is more to come. That's why in these uncertain times giving to those in need is more important than ever before. Out of this worrying time can come hope and cheer; the thought of a family in need receiving presents for their children on Christmas Day and food on their table. 

This is what KIND do. Not only do they offer support and care to families in Liverpool in need, they go one step further to create special moments a family can cherish for a lifetime. They are the difference between surviving and making memories. 

As I've said the last couple of years, I'm not one for gimmicks when it comes to fund raising - you couldn't pay me to jump out of a plane or run a marathon. But what I can do is promote a wonderful local Liverpool Charity ran by a passionate group of people striving to make a difference in the city. 

KIND are a small Liverpool based charity who support families and children in the region through education, activities and experiences to help them reach their potential and be the best they can. Each year, they run the Christmas Appeal where they provide local families with food and toy hampers so they can also enjoy the festivities without worry.

Every pound raised will go towards this appeal and each £75 is another hamper on its way to a family in need. We raised just over £1000 last year which was an incredible achievement and I know we can do it again this year. You are such a wonderful bunch for supporting KIND year in, year out and your donations mean more than you realise.
