Dear All,
Yep its that time of the year when I try to prove to myself that I am not too old to make stupid decisions. So what stupid adventure have I decided on this year? A triathlon. But you can barely swim (float) Kofi I hear you all gasp. Well that was true about 3 months ago. But thanks to the wonders of you tube I have learned the art of not drowning, I wish I could say swimming but that would be a big fat lie. For those of you not familiar with a triathlon, it involves a swim, cycle and run. As this is my first event I tough I would choose the hardest distance so I will be attempting the Olympic distance (1.5km swim / 34 km cycle / 10 km run). Provided I manage not to drown I will hope to complete the course and enjoy the delights of Barcelona.
I hope you will find this effort worthy of your support. If you think so please vote with your wallet donate to this worthy cause.
