Celebrating our two year anniversary we have decided to challenge our adult students to achieve 1000 kicks within one class and our juniors to breaking real wooden boards with their bare hands or feet! At the same time raising money for this amazing cause in true Kuk Sool Won style.

We have chosen this charity in support of a dear friend who is bravely facing the tiger.
