I am riding 100 miles as part of the RAF Honington team in the London prudential ride from London to Surrey and back. Hope that I can raise some money for an amazing charity which is the RAF Benevolent Fund.
Anyone who knows me knows my hatred of any sort of cardio and that this is a massive challenge for me. Having not ridden a bike since I was 17 makes it all the more challenging!
Anything you can give is going to make a massive difference to a lot of people!
