For those that know Sam will understand how difficult it has been for us as a family at this deeply devastating time to lose our Mum, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Auntie, Nana, Best Friend, Life-&-Soul-of-the-Party, Mentor, Life Coach - our rock.

Sadly Sam lost her short battle with Cancer on Sunday 16th July 2017 and so to celebrate her life, energy & achievements we are raising money for MacMillan as the staff at the MacMillan Nightingale Ward at Derby Royal Hospital cared for Sam so tenderly in her final days.

The money raised will be going to the Nightingale Macmillan Unit at Derby Royal Hospital so that they can continue offering the same level of care that they provided Sam.

Sam's Funeral will be held on Friday 28th July at St. Helen's Church in Etwall, Derbyshire and the family request that rather than send flowers, we would ask for donations and hope that you can help.
