This June, as part of the 2019 FireFlies Tour, I will be setting out to ride from Innsbruck in Austria to Cannes in the south of France for grueling 8 days climbing over 6500ft. Raising money for Bloodwise, our aim is to raise as much money as possible and help beat blood cancer. 

This will be my first ride in the Alps and I am equal parts excited and terrified. I have been training quite a lot, during the winter, at dawn and pushing when fatigue tells me to give up.

The ride will be extremely hard, but it's all in aid of the amazing charity. The charity is at the heart of the whole trip, which is why the Fireflies motto is 'for those who suffer, we ride'.

All of the money we raise goes directly to research.( We pay for all the expenses of our trip.)
