The picture above is me and my cousin Tracey.  Thankfully today (24 Jun 14) Tracey was informed that the cancer she was suffering with is in remission.  This would not be the case if it were not for fundraising events like this.

In order to support further cancer research myself and two colleagues acquainted with our local Scout Group, Lee and Paul, will be attempting to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles immediately after then top it all off with running a full marathon of 26.2 miles, all in a time of under 17 hours.

We have decided to fundraise as a group, so that should one of us be unable to complete the event, you have effectively sponsored the other two as well. That way there will be no embarrassing refunds should one of us have a bad day!
