Our family loves Chicago Children’s Theatre and we hope to inspire other community members to support their work! CCT doesn’t have a large endowment to rest on, so they raise money for each show they provide to the children of Chicago. 

The $10,000 we are raising will translate into free tickets to “Last Stop on Market Street” for schools from low income areas in Chicago. The play is drawn from the beautiful book by Matt de la Peña and Christopher Robinson. It’s a powerful story about community, diversity and service, particularly relevant to Ruben, Sasha and Bici, who, like the protagonists,  have been commuting by bus to and from school this year.
