I have decided to cycle from Amsterdam to London with a group of staff at UCLH to raise funds for the new and largest blood disorder and short stay surgical centre in Europe - which is currently being built on Huntley Street just minutes away from UCLH and the UCH Cancer Centre where I am based.

I have had the chance to visit the site and see the amazing work being done to produce this one of a kind building- and see how it is going to make such a difference to all those that will be using the building when completed in 2020.

I will be cycling 190 miles - (in purple lycra and padded pants!) with a team of 20 and we hope to raise between 20-30k towards the project.
