Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For personal reasons I wanted to set myself a challenge for 2015.  Inspired by a colleague who at the age of 50 walked up Mount Kilimanjaro it occurred to me that I could do a charity walk in this country. Typical of me though, I never do things by halves so when the 3 peak challenge was suggested by the amazing Nicola James (thank you) I knew I had to go for it.

The 3 peaks challenge is so called because you walk up (and down ) all three peaks within 12 hours (hopefully!).

So many of us are touched by cancer and I've lost a number of friends in recent years.  Macmillan Cancer Support is such a wonderful charity and I would like to try to raise some money to help them continue with their work.
