The British Red Cross were prominent in helping victims of the 2004 tsunami which hit areas of Asia I visited recently. Having seen the work they have done there to help people who have been hit by natural disasters, I want to support the charity by raising money for areas of the world most in need.

I am going to be taking on a personal challenge of cycling the furthest distance I will have ever covered in ten days by travelling the length of Vietnam and crossing the border into Cambodia, all by bike.

Unless I raise my sponsorship target the event won’t be possible. Please give generously!
