We help people with learning disabilities to enjoy a valued life

Story

We have decided to do a skydive in order to raise money for the charity we work for, Cornerstone. Cornerstone supports some amazing people and has shown us how resilient and positive people can be despite whatever has come there way. An example of this is the Covid-19 pandemic which has meant a massive change of routine and structure to many of the people we support. To be able to give something back to them and be able to offer them much more opportunities now things are opening back up would be amazing. Laura and Lisa both work at the same service in Kingswells and the ladies they support are some of the kindest and funny individuals with the most loving personalities. Chris works at a service in the city centre and the people he supports are no different. Laura has a big fear of planes and this for her is a big deal and massively anxiety inducing - but this in comparison to what the people we support deal with is nothing. Lisa and Chris are both quite excited, but this may change when they see the height!! Your donations would change so many peoples lives and help them have new experiences that they may have never got to experience.
