Directors Lyndon Worrall and Paul Gardiner will be teaming up with some ex-MBAs and putting their bodies on the line for this year's London Tough Mudder - www.toughmudder.co.uk. Affectionatley dubbed one of the toughest events on the planet....gotta love that!

If you have received our email you will know how passionate we are about South Africa and the serious challenges we face most notably in battling HIV/AIDS.
