Heartlink is a great charity that provides amazing support for families and patients with congenital heart defects at Glenfield hospital in Leicester.

My son Leo has had 2 heart operations at Glenfield.   The support and facilities provided by heartlink has made a real  difference to my family and I through difficult times.  Heartlink also provide funding for further studies, research and development into causes and cures for congenital heart defects. The charity has also funded innovative equipment available at Glenfield that would never have been available  through the public purse.

We will forever be in debited to heartlink and all the staff at Glenfield especially the staff within the east Midlands congenital heart centre, ward 30 and picu.  The care and expertise we recieved could never have been replicated  at a normal general hospital# save Glenfield
