We raise funds for a better hospital to help local people when they need it most

Story

We're raising £200,000 to enhance children's services at Milton Keynes Hospital, because we want to ensure every child admitted to us receives the best care possible.

Along with our charity mascot Leo the Lion, we want to inspire the Milton Keynes community to help us go above and beyond for local children and families.

Some of the things we are raising funds for include: revamping ward areas to brighten them up and make them more fun; improving our play areas and providing more toys, using sensory equipment to make a child's stay in hospital a little bit easier- and improving facilities for parents, too.

So far we've raised £145,000 and need your help to reach our total!

You can make a difference - whether by attending one of our events, organising your own event, making a donation, doing a sponsored challenge or getting your workplace or school on board!

For more information please call 01908 996220 or email fundraising@mkhospital..nhs.uk. You can also visit our Facebook page for info and a list of events: www.facebook.com/mkhcharity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

About the charity

We raise funds for all wards and departments at Milton Keynes University Hospital, enhancing the experience of patients, their families and staff. All the money raised funds items over and above NHS provision. By supporting us you can make a real difference to local people when they need it most.
