During the pandemic Captain Tom stepped up to support the NHS Covid-19 by taking on his famous walk and inspiring millions to donate. We are offering the chance to raise funds in the spirit of Captain Tom for the charity of your choice.

My challenge over the Capt Tom 100 challenge weekend is to do 100 star jumps, 100 skips and 100 hula-a-hoops in 100 minutes and stay of chocolate for 100 hrs. 

Following the event I will be challenging myself to stay off chocolate for 100 days.

I am supporting NEHI UK, a charity funding medical research into neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia of infancy (NEHI) to raise awareness and funds to support finding answers for
this rare respiratory disease.

My young niece Rose is a NEHI warrior and inspiring me to support this charity with my challenge.
