It's a Knockout Challenge · 5 June 2010

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are all taking part in the It's a Knockout Challenge at Kesteven Rugby Club (just outside Grantham) on Saturday 5th June 2010 in aid of Clic Sargent, a childrens cancer charity. Our team name was created by Matt Ivey (thank you Matt). I used to teach Matt, he has undergone a variety of treatments for cancer, and his humour has shone throughout it (as you can see from our team name!!)

There are two things we would now like from you, if possible,

1. The obvious-sponsorship!!! However small your donation, they will all add up, with 10 of us collecting sponsor on here and in person, if everyone that we mention it to gives £1, that will soon add up quickly. Donate on here or see one of us, we all have sponsor forms.

2. Come along and support us on the day. It should be a great day to get together with friends, and that is one of the reasons I wanted to take part in the first place. There are lots of things going on until late at night, plus you will get the chance to laugh at us falling over!

Visit www.knockoutchallenge.com for more details about the day.

Hope to see you there

Thanks

Stef and of course the rest of 'Let's get ready to Rumbold!'
