As some of you know I'm in the final for Miss West Yorkshire 2012.

As finalists we are all trying to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity and so instead of annoying you to vote for me in the popularity competition, although please do that as well if you like, I thought your money would be better spent on getting me to shut up for a day.

On Friday 9th March from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed I won't speak a word.

If you know me then you know it's going to be a massive challenge but I'm sure you'll appriciate the peace and quiet so give generously!
