Dear all, I've been roped into a 112-mile cycle ride this coming weekend - SATURDAY 9th MAY. I've never cycled 112 miles in a single day before - but I'm very likely to have a sore bottom by the end of it (see illustration on left). Thankfully, it's all for a good cause - Standing Together Against Domestic Violence. On average 112 women die in the UK each year as a result of domestic violence. That's why we've organized this ride - to highlight the prevalence of this issue, and the damage it causes.
