Veteran homelessness is something we are keen to end, especially given the current circumstances with the coronavirus pandemic. Homeless veterans have little or no access to sanitary items, and are without somewhere clean and safe to call their home. 

That's why we've joined forces with Community to raise money for FirstLight Trust, who dedicate their time to supporting struggling veterans within their local communities. Their aim is to help veterans secure new employment, find a safe place to live, and generally transition from a life in the military to civilisation.  

To raise money, a small team of us are taking part in a charity walk/run/cycle: 

Neil: 20 mile walk

Harman: 10 mile walk - completing June 15th 2020

Tony: 60 mile bike ride

Vicky: 10k run

Peter: 30 mile bike ride

Karl: 60 mile bike ride

William: 30 mile bike ride

Maryam: 10 mile walk

We'll be completing our challenges on June 16th 2020, ahead of Armed Forces Day on June 27th. We're so pleased to be able to participate in such a worthwhile cause, and we hope you can support us as we support veterans in need.
