In just over a week I will be running the Lincoln Half Marathon in support of Prostate Cancer UK in memory of my Grandad who sadly passed away two years ago, having contract Prostate Cancer. 

On average, 1 in every 8 men will suffer from Porstate Cancer in their lifetime, killing 10,000 men a year and by 2030 it will be the most common of all cancers in the UK.

"We have a plan to stop prostate cancer being a killer – through finding better ways to diagnose and treat prostate cancer, as well as ways to prevent it, and better support for the 330,000 UK men living with the disease – but we need your help."
