Royal Parks Half Marathon 2017 · 8 October 2017 ·

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

For the third year running Linehan's Lineouts return with their numbers strengthened to 50. The MNDA have once more very kindly provided us with their corporate slots enabling us to field a strong team.

The time to beat from last year is 1:22:22 and the time to beat wearing fancy dress is 1:29:36. However, above all, it is the team spirit and participation that counts and whether your aim is a fast time, to walk it or beat the Royal Parks official fancy dress Team Squirrel your support for MNDA is greatly appreciated.

MNDA promotes global research into Motor Neurone Disease and provides support for people affected by the disease, their families and friends. They rely almost entirely on voluntary donations. Anyone who has worked with MNDA will know that they are truly a wonderful organisation.

The Royal Parks Half Marathon is proving to be an iconic race with a stunning course passing several of London's landmarks with closed roads and fantastic crowd support. We hope to see as many supporters as possible there on the day to be part of what is a truly memorable event.

Best wishes

Linehan's Lineouts xx
