Susie and I are taking on the Welsh Three Peaks 24 Challenge in 24 hours to raise funds for MS Society.

I was diagnosed with MS in May 2018, it was a pretty daunting time but thanks to a great team at the Royal Gwent Hospital, MS Society and others affected by this illness I am confident this will not stop me - despite the symptoms being relentless and exhausting. This disease affects 1 in every 500 people in UK, 7000 people are newly diagnosed every year so its important charities like the MS Society get the support to campaign for new treatments through the NHS and continue to fund new research projects - please show your support!
