A group has come together to tackle the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge (walking 26 miles taking in the 3 highest peaks in Yorkshire) on 2nd July to raise money for Marie Cure Cancer Care, to support the fantastic work they do in caring not only for sufferers, but also for their families.  The Marie Cure Cancer Care organisation cares for over 29,000 terminally ill patients every year, providing the best quality of life possible for the patients, and much needed support for their carers both in Hospices and, where possible, in the patient’s own home environment.  This care is provided at no cost to either the patient or their family, and so they greatly need our help in raising funds to enable them to continue in their amazing work.
