My 8 year old daughter Sofia has decided to give up ice cream for lent and i have joined her for 40 days and given up chocolate.... 

We have taken this opportunity to raise some funds for Mosaic. A local charity chosen by Sofia who support bereaved children and families and as Sofia explains..... to help children who are sad and struggle to understand their feelings.
