Climbing Grey Mare's Tale on October 3rd 2015 for an amazing worthwhile charity... Lauren's Life Lines.
Yorkhill Hospital in Glasgow has been a second home to Lauren's family since her premature birth at just 27 weeks on the 25th Aug 2005.
Due to a blood clot at a very young age she needs Parenteral Nutrition to keep her stable. Something many people know not much about. This is what we hope to change!
We had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and some of her family in May in Hamilton at a charity football match and was truly touched by her journey and story. Brave beautiful girl and family who love nothing more than spending time supporting and helping others with the same condition and campaigning to raise some much needed awareness! Such an honour to meet this little girl. Let's make a difference and please show our support to the wonderful cause Lauren's Life Lines.
Yorkhill hospital holds a special place in our hearts as Luke my 1st Nephew was born premature here in April 2014 and we seen first hand the hard work and long hours all staff endure to ensure our loved ones are getting the best care possible! As a family we will never forget what they have done for our Luke! Now a healthy toddler getting up to all sorts of cheeky nonsense!! Thank you Yorkhill
Any amount no matter how small helps! Thank you all so much Lisa and Colin xxxx
