As you may or may not know our family sadly lost our loving Grandad on Sunday 23rd May. After 2 weeks of waiting for a bed in Prospect Hospice he made it there and received the best care anyone could wish for in the last few hours of his life.

A few members of our family have decided to embark upon a huge challenge and run to raise money for Prospect Hospice.

My challenge will be the Swindon Half Marathon on 10th October 2010.

I know we all have our own personal reasons for picking charities to raise money for something that has helped us at some point in our lives but if Prospect isn't normally what you choose please just spare £1 to help me reach (and maybe even exceed!) my target of £500.
